Evercore Partners was founded in 1996. They are an investment banking advisory firm. They advise clients in many different areas, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, among many others. They serve a very diverse clientele which includes international offices such as the ones located in London, Scotland, and Mexico City, in addition to ones in The United States.
