Can a trampoline help you lose weight?

yes a trampoline is one of the best ways to get fit and i am a learner on trampolining and i can do alot of basic moves and it doesnt take a couple of bounces to get fit say if i did 500 jumps today i would not loose alot but if you do it as a daily routine you will see that your weight is falling of you.Trampolining is amazing and defo is a good daily excersize i would recomed for people to use trampoling for this matter.i have done alot of research on this.You can usally buy trampolines from £30.00 -£150 but you don't need a massive trampoline just somthing like a 8 foot like me.these are usally £43.00 and that's an argos price.Also if you are new to trampolining please look at the safety routine as this is very important but this is a better way to loose weight rather than starving your self.actually, i suppose if you're doing it just to lose weight and as a work out then it is helpful. However, if you plan to go for competitions and Excel in trampoline then be prepared to get a lot of muscles ALL OVER! I used to be a gymnast and i just quit recently cos of the muscle gain on my thighs and calves. I would think that jumping on the trampoline on alternate days or 3x a week would be ideal. Good Luck!
