Losing weight is not athing that can be done overnight.
It takes effort to lose weight. And this solution I am telling you is FREE. NO need to buy a treadmill or whatsoever. The solution I would suggest is to EXERCISE. Do not do it everyday. Maybe you can run/jog on odd days and do different varieties of exercises on odd days.
Examples of different exercises on odd days are :
1) Climbing up stairs
2) Go roller blading
3) Play Badminton
Reason for doing different exercises is that you have to us different muscles and let them get used to your workout.
