What is Diet Coke made of?

Diet Coke is made from water, artificial sweetener (currently Aspartame), caffeine, phosphoric acid, potassium citrate (acid regulator), citric acid, flavorings, and caramel color. Almost all low-calorie or no-calorie sodas have generally the same ingredients except for their flavorings.

*Diet Pepsi uses potassium benzoate as an acid regulator and preservative.
