Benedict Arnold's sister was named Hannah. She and Benedict were the only children in their family to survive to adulthood. She was very devoted to Benedict, even losing perhaps her only romance because Benedict did not like her French suitor. After Benedict's first wife, Margaret, died, Hannah raised Magaret's and Benedict's children.
