Where is the engine's coolant drain plug located on a 1995 Chevrolet S10 you have looked all over the engine block for the plug but not able to find?

It's called a drain cock and it's straight down behind and under the radiator on the left side way down there. Even though it's way down there it's still easier than getting to it from the bottom. It's not a typical screw type device though. It has a notch (metal tip coming out of one side of it and no threads. Just turn 3/4 turn and pull straight out.
