Whats the best way to take the starter off a 1985 Ford Probe LX?

If it's a 1997 or similar age, jack up the front and remove the bar that holds the radiator up, (you'll have to support the radiator by another means) there's 3 bolts to undo, as well as the 2 electrical connections. There should be enough room to squeeze it past the radiator.
