What is the difference between Irish and Celtic?

Irish are considered to be one of the six Celtic nations. You can be Celtic and not be Irish. Irish, Scots Highlanders, Manx, Welsh, Bretons and Cornish are all Celts. Sometimes the Galicians are included.
