As of now, Hatake Kakashi is not married. In fact, he is not romantically involved with anyone, most likely because of his adversion to all things relationships, whether it be friendships or so on.

And considering that I've read every page Kishimoto-sensei has published and own every tankobonthat has been released, I believe I would know.
