Should a 11 year old be able to go to a mall without parents?

First of all every parent has a different way of parenting and if your parent thinks so than sure but if they don't think your responsible than respect their decision...I think it should also depend who you are going with...if your 11 and your going alone with a date I can see why that wouldn't be allowed but if yur just going with a group of friends that you and your parents know well I don't see a problem with it...but at the end of the day it should be yur parents decision.
