Partial answer:

Data from Marintek gives cost per tonne of sea freight from Australia to Western Europe as between 11 and 34 Euros. Obviously the actual milage is the sea route, which will not be the most direct. The spread in cost is due to costs associated with different ship types, all assume a bulk cost of fuel oil as 150 Euros a tonne.
