How do you find out the problem on a 2008 dodge calber that has the electric throtte light on and blinking when the car is on?

The first thing that must be done is to have a properly equipped person scan the computer to see why its angry at you.

If you have the knowledge do a quick check of throttle peddle and throttle body for unplugged or damaged wiring.

Check for failed fuses and such.
