Does middlesex still exist

Middlesex, once a historic county in England, no longer exists as an administrative entity. In 1965, it was largely absorbed into Greater London and surrounding counties. However, the name "Middlesex" is still used in some contexts, such as in postal addresses and by certain institutions, but it does not have any formal administrative role today.
