What is the name of a population of cats?

The most common term is a clowder of cats. Also used is cluster, clutter, colony, glaring and nusiance, and specifically for wild cats is a dout or destruction. The term 'Clan' is used not uncommonly by the younger generation in reference to the Warriors series by Erin Hunter.
