How do you get the Tar Monster Token?

First of all it is located in Fishy Clues for Scooby Doo part one. You need the umbrella, go to the other side ( on the ground ). When you are on the ground you will see a red button, you helmet smash it. It will show you that you turned on a fan. You float in front of the fan, and you go on a board and ta da! You got the Tar Monster token.
